Rod’s strength as a Financial Advisor comes from having 50 plus years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1966 and his Chartered Financial Consultant designation in 1987. Rod focuses his practice on retirement planning, long-term care and protecting your family assets. Through his experience and training, he is able to help clients achieve their personal financial goals. 

Because of his ongoing commitment to the community, he has served on many boards within his industry and charitable organizations. Rod is past president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, past president of the Rotary Club of West Shore, and is an active member of the Camp Hill United Methodist Church. 

Rod has been married to his wife, Teddy, since 1963 and has two adult daughters. One of his fond memories is singing with his wife in a caroling group for President and Mrs. Reagan in 1985 at the White House Staff Christmas party.
